There are 6 kingdoms
Eukaryotes:
–Plantae: Plant kingdom (multicelled) self explanatory
–Animalia: Animal kingdom (multicelled) self explanatory
–Fungi kingdom (both mutli and single celled) contains mushrooms and mold
–Protista: leftover Eukaryotes that aren’t animals and don’t really fit in anywhere else
Prokaryotes:
— Archebacteria: Very strange single-celled prokaryotes that have the basic cell structure of but tend to live in really extreme environments like sulfur vents.
— Eubacteria: What we typically think of as bacteria. Single-celled prokaryotic organisms some of which act as pathogens.
